History of Generate Energy

Generate Energy is an amalgamation of two highly regarded Solar and Electrical installation companies in South Australia.

Daniel (Ace Solar & Electrical) and Jarrod (Adelaide Electrical Solar & Security (AESS)) having been friends from high school and continuing the friendship after, both became qualified electricians working in the commercial sector. In 2009 Daniel and 2007 Jarrod opened up separate electrical contracting businesses and both quickly branched into the growing renewable energy industry which was in its infancy at the time. Specialising in the installation of quality solar systems, both companies grew from strength to strength in the following years, installing thousands of solar systems between them. Having an existing friendship and being in the same industry, Daniel and Jarrod began working together purchasing containers of solar panels and pallets of inverters to increase their buying power to offer the best pricing available. As a result of this relationship Daniel and Jarrod decided to locate both businesses at the same premises, and due to the close proximity an opportunity arose to begin working together on larger projects. Having worked together for a number of years now combining the two businesses was the next logical step and Generate Energy was born.

Generate Energy now has a larger platform to offer a wider range of solar and electrical services whilst maintaining the professionalism and integrity of the previous two businesses.

While Generate Energy is a new entity the existing customers from the previous businesses we will not be left out in the cold regarding warranty obligations (unlike other companies in the industry have done in the past!). Generate Energy will be carrying ALL workmanship warranties of both businesses and will continue to service product warranties for all existing customers of Ace Solar & Electrical and AESS.

With over 5,000 happy customers across South Australia Daniel and Jarrod have been trusted by many to provide premium quality solar panel systems, installed to a very high degree of workmanship at affordable prices. Both were selected by LG to become LG Dealers and combined achieved the 3rd highest sales in the country in 2015. We have also obtained the status of Fronius Service Partner, REC Solar Professional Installers, Tesla approved installer, CEC accredited installers and designers, ARCTIK refrigeration handling licencing and a Builders licence (BLD261157).
